
Day 1
For me, today is day 1. The first day of my training schedule to complete my first sprint triathlon. I don't come well equipped. I can run 5k in about 21 minutes. I own a bike and I can swim about 200m in around 7 minutes. I did originally plan to do a sprint tri at the end of May, however, events in my personal life (my Dad has been quite ill. I was made redundant. My own health) made that goal take a backseat. The fact that I couldn't actually swim didn't really help, either. However, I'm now back and ready to start from scratch. I'm just getting over a calf injury, but as long as that clears up, I'll be pushing onward and upward. :-)

good luck, you should do ok and concentrating on doing the race or training will take your mind off any worries that you may have
