I’m home now having spent a really good month in Stellenbosch. Training has gone well, made all the easier by brilliant blue skies and 35+ degrees every day.

Well, I’ve finished my season now. I raced Lorient WC at the w/e and was 13th. I’ve been training since Beijing but not with any real purpose or direction and so I’m pleased with the result.

I'll give you the low-down on what I'm up to and how my training’s going. It's been a really good year, what with the successes in South Africa and securing my Olympic place in Madrid. That now means everything is focused on Beijing. Bring it on!!!
