Tim was born in London in 1978 and started competing professionally in 1994. Since then his career has gone from strength to strength and he's now one of the world's leading competitors in triathlon. Some of his highlights include being 2006 World Triathlon Champion, four times British National Champion, and winning World Aqathlon and Duathlon titles. He finished 2008 being ranked World No.4. Tim has represented Team GB at three Olympic Games.
Training in a winter wonderland!

It's strange to think that two weeks ago I was training in 35 degree heat, one layer of training gear on, swimming in the sea and chilling out on the beach in my spare time.
Hollie was born in Northampton in 1990 and started competing in 2005. She's been a success from an early age but really came into her own in 2007 when she racked up a series of impressive victories, including both European and World Junior Triathlon Championships and was nominated for BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year. In 2008 she was crowned British National Champion and represented Team GB at the Beiiing Olympics. She was also the youngest ever female to podium in a World Cup when she finished 3rd in Ishigaki, Japan and finished the year ranked No. 9 in the World.
